With our integration coaching, we help you to orient yourself safely in Germany – both in everyday life and in professional life.
We promote important soft skills, provide psychosocial counseling, and strengthen your resilience and ability to cope with stress. You will gain insights into the German social and legal system and plan your next career steps together with us.
In addition, we provide you with practical support, e.g. with finding accommodation, dealing with authorities, health issues or organizing childcare. Together, we create a stable foundation for your successful integration.

Support for people in complex life situations in order to gradually regain a foothold. Free for you – upon presentation of an AVGS

„Your Start“ is our offer for young people and adults who find themselves in a difficult life situation – e.g. with health or psychological restrictions, or after a longer period of unemployment.
We help with the structuring of everyday life, offer psychosocial counseling, accompany you to doctors and authorities, and provide support with financial, legal or family problems.
Topics such as school, daycare or addiction prevention can also be part of the coaching. The aim is to create stability together with you and pave the way back into the labor market step by step.

If you take part in an AVGS measure, your employment agency or the job center can also cover your travel expenses to us, and possibly even reimburse additional childcare costs. However, you must apply for this before the start of the measure.
